We are so happy we rented with RV Rentals! Matt and Mia made the whole experience fantastic, with great communication and support before, during, and after the trip. We were given a thorough overview of the RV’s features and uses before leaving. The prices are reasonable and we were very happy with the RV we selected. We’ll happily rent with them again!

I’ve rented here twice already. I wish I can remember the name of the first guy that helped me there the first time. He was very nice and professional. I wasnt sure where I wanted to go. He took time to recommend a couple local spots. The second time I called Todd answered, the owner. I was completely undecided on what Rv i wanted. This was recently during the Virus lock down we are having. He went above and beyond answering my multiple calls and questions. He even gave me his personal cell number so I can text him any questions I had. He text me different Rv pictures to help me with my decision. Both time Carlos walked me through the rv’s and answered any questions I had. After my last trip. I noticed I left my $150 Ipad pencil in the Rv somewhere. I called Carlos and he located it the next day. He gave me the hours he would be at the office so I can pick up. I missed several days and times he mentioned due to my work schedule. Carlos went above and beyond to drive to my office and drop it off there. Wow! Now thats customer service.

We are so happy with Rv Rental after our latest adventure with their cute little RV for our family of six. We chose the conquest RV for its size and it worked out perfectly. Everybody had a comfortable space to sit and talk and eat. We visited Zions national Park and then we checked out Joshua tree, and ended up at Carlsbad state beach. Joe and Mia were so helpful in explaining how to use all the appliances and systems. Juan was great when I needed to call him about a question on the road. We will be renting from them again in a couple months on our Christmas vacation to the Redwoods national forest.

Todd is fantastic. We took our three kids on a 2-week summer trip all over California in a Class A we rented and we loved it. We read a bunch of reviews and went with them because of the comments about customer service. It all proved to be true as our experience was excellent and so was the RV we rented. We have sent several of our friends and neighbors them and we will be back, too

Todd was very easy to work with. Carlos did our walk through and pick up, he was great and flexible with our work schedules and allowed us to check out remotely. He realized we left our FasTrack in the dash and immediately texted us a picture with where he left it safely on our porch. We had just recently rented from a different company a few weeks before renting from them and were apprehensive since we had some significant issues with our first rental company. What a huge difference. They were professional, answered all of our questions, were flexible with our requests, and they take such great care of their RV’s. We will absolutely use them again the next time we rent an RV.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. (Staff) was extremely responsive and worked to accommodate the dates we wanted as well as navigated our insurance binder for the motor home. He gave us a very thorough walkthrough of the motor home and we felt very comfortable taking it camping. He even pointed out every small blemish on the vehicle while video recording with us so we were all clear on existing (albeit tiny) scratches. I would highly recommend them for your next adventure!

We loved our experience. we rented an RV on short notice when rain threatened our beach camping adventure. Our RV was clean, ready as promised, everyone was wonderful to work with throughout the rental process. When we ran into some trouble with malfunctioning stairs, Staff was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent with them again!!

They stayed late on Thanksgiving-Eve to rent me an RV. When we realized one of my utility trailer lights wasn’t working that I was going to pull behind their RV, they fixed it on the fly because they wanted to be sure I was safe on the road. Did I mention they did all this for me in the pouring rain?! Class A gentlemen and company to work with! Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience! With three kids 5 and under, they made the trip as turn-key as possible. Dropping and picking up the RV from my house, being very open-book about entire process (documenting via video the before and after condition of vehicle), not nickel and diming me like most rental companies, access to two different cell phone numbers from his team to call in case I had question about RV during trip, etc. etc.

We rented a motor home coach to take our family camping up the coast. After extensive research on other companies, we went with them and we are glad we did. Their customer service was excellent, as was the motor home. The coach we rented was a 2019 Coachman, and it was very comfortable. They went over all features before we headed out and gave us a number to call if we had any problems. We didn’t. Check in and check out was seamless and their correspondence was on time. We’d definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended!

What a great experience! I highly recommend this place if you are looking to rent an RV. My husband and I checked out a few other places including Outdoorsy and Cruise America, and decided to go with this place for several reasons. We were able to view the RV’s before we rented anything which was nice because we also got to speak with the owner about what to expect. Everything went as smooth as possible from beginning to end. The rental process was easy and easy to understand, especially for renting for the first time!!! My sister and I rented a Leprechaun Coachman, each and we were not let down. Our trip to June Lake was a success and a blast!

My wife and I rented an RV for a 3,000-mile trip throughout the western US and it couldn’t have turned out any better. From the moment I made my reservation online several months ahead of time to the day we returned the vehicle, these folks exceeded our expectations at every turn. Many thanks especially to Brandon who got us checked-in and patiently introduced us to the RV and all its functions (we were first-time RV’ers and appreciated the detailed explanations). We had a minor issue with the refrigerator about half-way through the trip and Carlos was immediately available by phone to trouble-shoot and solve the problem. Well done!!
